htc today launched its newest windows phone 7.5 device here in India, named the radar (hmm.. inspired by mobile radar?). It is priced at 23,990 Rs. and packs in good features. One thing to note is that even though it has 512 mb of ram still it can perform as good as
those with more ram because it comes with windows phone 7.5 which is more finely tuned than android.
