The htc explorer is up for preorder at flipkart.com.It will be available around mid october It got announced in India on 29th of september 2011.htc explorer is a budget android phone targeted to take on phones such as the samsung galaxy fit, LG optimus 1 etc. We find the
pricing a bit on the higher side but the diwali season is around and there will be a definite price reduction by htc!
