Samsung has stated that it has sold ten million units of its flagship Android smartphone the Galaxy S II globally!
“In just five months the Galaxy S II has seen tremendous growth, reflecting strong support from carrier partners said JK Shin,the head of the companies mobile device unit.When the samsung galaxy S II was launched in April , samsung had a kept a target of selling 10 million phones but surprisingly it has acheived this feat within 5 months! quiet a feat we say!
Out of the 10 million 2.3 million were sold in Asia, 3.6 million in Korea and 3.4 million in Europe, USA is not included in the list because the galaxy S II has not been released there! The sales could be even more!
