LG has just confirmed on their facebook page that indeed the Optimus 2X will receive the ice cream sandwich update! LG has also rubbished rumors that claimed that the optimus 2X won't receive the update. The company also states that the ICS update will be brought out to "other high-end smartphone". This could only mean that there will be an update for the optimus black, optimus 3D. But the recently released optimus net is out of luck!
Probably LG woke up when they found out some nasty comments on their facebook page!
