Best Budget Android phone in India

UPDATE: The price of the samsung galaxy y has shot upto 7,350 Rs. though there is an 8 GB memory card which you will get free along with it, seems like flipkart want to cash on in, as this phone is selling like hot cakes! But still letbuy.com has it for about 7,090 Rs. with a free bluetooth headset which is worth 1000 Rs.
It may also be that the prices have shot up because of the poor Rupee value these days, with phones such as the htc rhyme and htc sensation XL getting horrendous price tags.

We here at mobileradar.in have researched a lot about budget android phones, the Diwali season is around and people are curious to try out android phones! Everyone loves Application, games right?
